In 2007 Katherine “Katie” Breton generously donated approximately 100-acres of her land in Lisbon, including her home, to the Androscoggin Land Trust through her estate.  The 102 acre Katherine M. Breton Memorial Preserve conserves almost one mile of beautiful Androscoggin River frontage, 15 acres of working farmland, and more than 80 acres of mixed woods that provide important wildlife habitat.

Directions to Property: Take River Road in Lewiston until it turns into Ferry Road in Lewiston.  Follow Ferry Road until it intersects with Cotton Road.  Turn Right onto Cotton Road and follow it into Lisbon, where Cotton Road becomes the Ferry Road.  Follow Ferry Road in Lisbon until the intersection with Miller Street is on the left.  The paved driveway to the Katherine Breton leased house is at 260 Ferry Road right across from the Miller St. and Ferry Road intersection.
