Martin in 1996 to the New England Forestry Foundation, this 120-acre parcel was protected in 1998 by a conservation easement that is co-held by the Androscoggin Land Trust and the Lake Auburn Watershed Protection Commission. The property contains forests and a stream that is a major tributary to Lake Auburn.

Directions to Property: Travel north on Route 4 from Auburn to Turner, turn left at the light at the intersection of Route 117 and Route 4 (Turner Post Office). Travel on Route 117 until the intersection of Route 117 and East Hebron Road.  Turn left onto East Hebron Road.  Follow to East Hebron and Turner/Hebron town line.  The Protected Property is on both sides of East Hebron Road.   If you come to the intersection with Townsend Road, you have gone too far.
