The Riverside Greenway Trail is a Bicycle and Pedestrian Path on land owned primarily by the City of Lewiston.  Improved in 2014, the 2.5 mile paved path travels along the Androscoggin River between Sunnyside Park and Tall Pines Drive. The trail crosses Jepson Brook, runs under the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Bridge, and passes through a mixed hardwood forest that opens onto rocky ledges and sandy beaches with scenic views of the Androscoggin River.

The North end of the Trail at Tall Pines Drive is close (less than .25 miles) to the entrance of ALT’s David Rancourt River Preserve.

Directions: At Lewiston’s Sunnyside Park, use Whipple Street roadside parking.
