Forest Pond Conservation Area protects the 100-foot buffer around this 45-acre, remote pond with no development. Its rocky shoreline has several rock bluffs and is a cold-water fishery. The pond can be accessed via dirt road located on Meadow View Road in Canton. It is a rough entry road, but access exists on the western and northern shoreline. There are snowmobile and ATV access trails along the Northwestern boundary that are maintained by active snowmobile and ATV clubs. Forest Pond is stocked with rainbow trout.
