Paddle After Hours – Jay

Join ALT on the Androscoggin River in Jay for an hour of twilight paddling with peers, friends and family. We've had a great turnout for these after hours events over the years!  It's a laid-back event where people enjoy relaxed paddling and fantastic river exploration! Hosted by the Androscoggin Land Trust Program, Chisholm Trails, this volunteer-led paddling evening is a great way to meet fellow river enthusiasts and enjoy the millscape views from the river. Join us on the Androscoggin River in downtown Lewiston/Auburn for an hour of twilight paddling with friends and family. It’s a laid-back event where people enjoy relaxed paddling and fantastic river exploration!  This volunteer-led paddling evening is a great way to meet fellow river enthusiasts and enjoy the millscape views from the river. 6th Annual Androscoggin River Clean Up

Mark your calendar for Saturday August 12, to join us for our 6th annual Androscoggin River Cleanup. Come and help us clean the shores of the Androscoggin River in preparation for the Great Falls Balloon Festival!  Volunteers will gather at Little Andy Park in New Auburn (located on Pulsifer St. - near Rolly's Restaurant) to paddle up and down both sides of the river picking up trash and debris - and if you're not seaworthy no worries, there's plenty to pick up…

GMOW–Fall Foliage Paddle at Riverlands State Park

Join the Androscoggin Land Trust to celebrate fall and the Great Maine Outdoor Weekend with a paddle on Gulf Island Pond, along the shore of the Androscoggin Riverlands State Park. The paddling trip will depart from the boat access on Center Bridge Road in Turner at the northern end of the park, and include a round trip of approximately eight miles depending on the weather and water conditions.
