Pursuant to Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws of the Androscoggin Land Trust, the Board President, Jim Pross, is hereby calling a Special Meeting of the Membership on December 17, 2024 at 5:30pm. The meeting will take place at the business office of the Androscoggin Land Trust, located at 86 Main Street, Suite 201, Auburn, Maine. The sole agenda item is for the Membership to consider and vote on at the Special Meeting will be, “whether to elect Dana Little to serve as a Director of the Board of Directors of Androscoggin Land Trust.”
