Join the L/A Community Forest Board led by Certified Forester Dave Griswold and former Science Teacher/ALT Steward Rick Shea on the Sherwood Forest Trail Saturday, July 22 from 9-11am. All attendees will receive a map of the trails and a common tree identification/interesting features handout. We will travel the half-mile white trail and if time allows we will also visit the pond on the red trail. You will then be equipped with the information to return with friends and family and share your new knowledge of the Sherwood Forest!

Meet at the entrance to the trail next to the playground/baseball field behind Sherwood Heights Elementary School (32 Sherwood Dr, Auburn, ME 04210). You can find additional parking along Sherwood Drive and at the end of 19th street and then walk behind the school. Please bring water and bugspray. We hope to see you there!
